I will not be adding a list of materials until during the holiday recess. I am planning on working with the new reading series during my time off and this may or may not change the structure of our week. (I will continue to post the spelling, vocabulary and other important information on the site, but timelines may change.) So, if you are looking for something for your 6th grader to do, you can check back here and see if I have added another post. Otherwise, we will be back to work come January 2, 2012. Enjoy your time with family and friends and I hope you all get lots of cool gifts!!

Please remember that the 6th grade is sponsoring the candy gram efforts this year. If you would like your child to earn points for their 8th grade class trip it can be done by donating $3.00 for the purchase of the candy bars, and/or ordering candy grams for others is another great way to help raise funds.
I hope everyone is gearing up for the Christmas Holiday and that your families have an enjoyable start to their winters!
